Shipping Information

☆  Flat rate shipping rates are as follows:

☆  Shipping times vary by country but here are Royal Mail's estimates:

UK First Class/Standard  -  1-3 working days (after dispatch email is sent)

☆  Customs charges are not included in the price. Items shipped outside of the UK may have customs fees and they must be paid for by the customer

☆  Please make sure you provide the correct address as orders cannot be changed or redirected once dispatched. You can email me at casualrabbit@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order

☆  If you haven’t received your order within 16 weeks, please email me at casualrabbit@gmail.com

☆  If you selected tracked shipping at checkout, the tracking number should be in your dispatch email. You can track your order on Royal Mail’s website  here
