Do to new shipping laws, I currently cannot ship to the EU, I'm so sorry!

Shipping Information

☆ Flat rate shipping rates are as follows:

UK First Class - £3.50

International Standard - £7.50

International Tracked - £15

(Please contact me if the price is incorrect at checkout as that means I've set something up wrong... ;;)

☆ Orders are sent from the UK via Royal Mail and you will receive an email once dispatched

☆ Shipping times vary by country but here are Royal Mail's estimates:

UK First Class/Standard - 1-3 working days (after dispatch email is sent)

UK Tracked - 1-5 working days (after dispatch email is sent)
International Standard/Tracked - 5-7 working days (after dispatch email is sent)

☆ Please note that customs checks can sometimes delay shipping

☆ Customs charges are not included in the price. Items shipped outside of the UK may have customs fees and they must be paid for by the customer

☆ Please make sure you provide the correct address as orders cannot be changed or redirected once dispatched. You can email me at casualrabbit@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order

☆ If you selected tracked shipping at checkout, the tracking number should be in your dispatch email. You can track your order on Royal Mail’s website here
